 MacDonald is so fast and very cheap. Not only meat but also salad has in menu.
But Almost of menus are bad balance. The humburger is short for a vegetable.

 Next is Kentucky Fried Chichen. It is higher rank than other restaurants, but
it is high calorie.

Next is Mosburger. There are some vegetables in burger.
It is good point. Bad points that I have no idea.
